You receive a reward every time you level up. You must claim each reward yourself at casehug.com/leveling-rewards — rewards are not automatically added to your account.

Types of Rewards and How to Claim Them
Skin
A reward in the form of a specific CS2 skin. When you click the claim button, the skin goes directly to your inventory on CaseHug. From there, you can transfer it to Steam, sell it for in-game currency, or use it in other modes on the platform.
Case
A reward in the form of a level case. When you click the “Claim” button, the case opens automatically—you’ll see the opening animation, and the randomly selected skin is added to your inventory.
If the randomly selected skin is worth less than the tiered case—the difference is automatically added to your balance.
Balance
A reward in the form of Credits. When you click the "Claim" button, the funds are added directly to your balance and you can use them immediately.

What You See on the Rewards Page
On the rewards page for each level, you’ll see the type of reward—whether it’s a skin, a case, or balance. However, the reward’s value remains hidden until it’s unlocked.
Reward visibility works as follows:
Previous levels — rewards are fully visible, including their value
Current level—reward visible, value revealed, available for claim
Next level—reward type visible, value hidden
Subsequent levels—reward type visible, values hidden until unlocked
Between ranks, the total amount of XP required to reach the next rank is visible—that is, to unlock the next free case in the Free Cases section.
