CaseHug does not have its own account or password system. The only way to log in is through your Steam account—the platform uses Steam’s official authentication system (Steam OpenID), so your login credentials are never sent directly to CaseHug.
How to Log In
Go to casehug.com
Click the “Log in with Steam” button
A login window will appear—check both boxes:
“I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy”
"I am 18 years of age or older"
Click “Log in with Steam” and approve access in the Steam window
You’ll be automatically redirected back to CaseHug—you’re now logged in
Requirements
To use the platform, you must:
have an active Steam account
be at least 18 years old
accept the platform’s terms of service and privacy policy

Linking Your Steam Account
The Steam account linked to CaseHug is permanent—it cannot be changed after your first login. This is an intentional security measure to prevent unauthorized access to your account and inventory.
