How to fund your account
Go to the top-up section — click the "Add Funds" button in the My Account tab
Select a cryptocurrency and network
Generate your wallet address — click the "Generate Address" button
Send funds to the generated address from your wallet or exchange
The system requires a minimum of 6 confirmations on the blockchain
Once 6 confirmations are reached, the funds will automatically appear in your account
How wallet addresses work
Every account on CaseHug has fixed wallet addresses assigned to specific networks. The wallet address for a given network is always the same—it does not change between transactions.
All tokens operating on the same network share a single wallet address—for example, USDT ERC-20 and ETH use the same ERC-20 wallet address.
To view your wallet address, you need to generate it in the deposit section—select the cryptocurrency and network, and the address will appear on the screen.
Important Rules
⚠️ Always verify that the network you select when sending funds matches the network for which you generated the address on CaseHug. Sending funds via an unsupported network or to an incorrect address may result in the permanent loss of your funds.
⚠️ Deposits under 1 USD are lost forever—the system treats them as empty transactions.
Funds have not appeared in your account
The time it takes for funds to appear depends on the blockchain network’s load. If the funds still haven’t appeared in your account 1 hour after sending the transaction, contact our support team via chat on the platform.
You don’t need to know anything about cryptocurrencies—our support team will check everything for you. Just include the transaction hash (you can find it in your wallet’s or exchange’s transaction history) along with the amount and date of the transfer in your message.
