Account Top-Up — Card, Bank Transfer, and Regional Payment Methods

You can top up your CaseHug account using a credit or debit card, bank transfer, and other regional payment methods—including BLIK and Paysafecard. The availability of specific methods depends on your country.

The minimum top-up amount is 1 USD.

How to top up your account

  1. Go to the top-up section—click the “Add Funds button in the My Account tab

  2. Select a payment method

  3. Enter the top-up amount

  4. You will be redirected to the operator’s payment system

  5. Confirm the payment using your chosen method

  6. Once the payment is confirmed, the balance is automatically added to your account

The funds have not appeared in your account

In most cases, funds are available immediately after the payment is approved. If the funds still haven’t appeared in your account 1 hour after making the payment, please contact our support team via chat on the platform.

Please have the following information ready:

  • payment confirmation from your provider

  • the transaction amount and date

  • the payment method you used

  • a screenshot or the transaction number
