Upgrader is a mode in which you use skins from your CaseHug inventory as a base for upgrading and try to roll a skin with a higher value. The greater the difference in value between the skin you’re sacrificing and the skin you want to obtain, the lower your chance of success.

Skins you can use
In the Upgrader, you can only use skins from your CaseHug inventory. You cannot use skins from Steam or skins purchased outside the platform.
Upgrade Chances
The upgrade chance is calculated automatically based on the ratio of the skins' values on the left and right sides. The following limits apply:
Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
Minimum Chance | 1% |
Maximum chance | 80% |
Maximum number of skins on the left side | 15 |
Maximum number of skins on the right side | 15 |
If the calculated chance is below 1% or above 80%, the upgrade is not possible and the system will not allow it to be performed.
Top-up with account balance
You can pay the difference for the skins on the left using your account balance. The maximum top-up amount is 10% of the total value of the skins on the left.
Example: The skins on the left are worth a total of 50 USD. You can pay up to 5 USD from your balance.
ℹ️ XP earned from using the Upgrader is calculated based on the value of the skins on the left, not on the balance top-up.
Searching for and Filtering Skins
On both sides of the Upgrader, you can search for skins by name and filter them by price and rarity. This makes it easier to find a specific skin when you have a large inventory.
Regional Restrictions
The Upgrader is not available in all countries. If the feature is unavailable in your region, the Upgrader tab will not appear in the platform’s navigation.
⚠️ All transactions in the Upgrader are final and irreversible. You cannot undo an upgrade, regardless of the outcome.
