How to Top Up Your Account with a Gift Card
Select the card with the value you want and purchase it on Kinguin
After purchase, you’ll receive the gift card code
Go to the top-up section on CaseHug — click the “Add Funds” button in the My Account tab
Select the Gift Card method
Enter the code in the appropriate field and confirm
The funds will be credited to your account immediately
Gift Cards from Creators
Our partner content creators give away Giftcard codes as part of contests and promotional campaigns. These codes work the same way—once you enter them, the funds are credited to your account.
However, please note that Giftcards from creators are not treated as standard account top-ups. This means that:
they do not qualify you for bonuses associated with account top-ups
they do not count toward the eligibility requirements for giveaways
they are not included in your standard deposit history
ℹ️ You cannot use the same gift card code twice. Each code is single-use.
