Skins earned on CaseHug are added to your inventory on the platform. From there, you can transfer them directly to your Steam account via a trade offer automatically sent by the platform’s bot.

Withdrawal Requirements
For a withdrawal to be possible, your Steam account must meet the following conditions:
Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator must have been active for at least 15 days
Steam profile set to public
Steam inventory set to public
No active trading bans or trade restrictions on your Steam account
A valid Trade URL set in your CaseHug account settings
ℹ️ If you’ve just activated Steam Guard, you must wait 15 days before you can withdraw skins. This is a Steam requirement—not a CaseHug requirement.
How to withdraw a skin
Go to the My Account → Inventory tab
Click on the skin you want to withdraw
Select the “Claim on Steam” option
The system automatically sends a trade offer to your Steam account
Open Steam and accept the trade offer
The skin will be added to your Steam inventory
Unclaimed or rejected trade offer
If you do not accept the offer within the required time or reject it, the skin will automatically return to your CaseHug inventory. You can request the transfer again at any time.
⚠️ Once you accept the trade offer on Steam, the transaction is final and irreversible.
