Case Opening is the core feature of CaseHug. You select a case, pay to open it with Balance, and receive a random CS2 skin. The skin you win goes directly to your inventory on the platform, where you can transfer it to Steam, sell it for Balance, or use it in other modes.

Filters and Sorting
You can filter and sort cases by:
Recommended — boxes marked with a flame icon
Our Creators — boxes created in collaboration with creators on the platform
Budget — boxes up to $6
Premium — premium boxes
High Risk — crates with a chance to get exceptionally valuable skins
Within Your Budget — only cases that fit within your current balance
You can also sort by price from cheapest to most expensive and vice versa.
Case Contents and Odds
Each case contains a list of skins with their assigned percentage odds of winning. Before opening, you can check the exact contents of the case along with the odds for each skin. Case contents are regularly updated due to changes in CS2 skin market prices.
Opening Cases
You can open 1 to 5 of the same case at once. Two options are available when opening:
Quick Mode — skips the opening animation and immediately displays the result
Sounds — you can turn the opening sounds on or off
